Medical City Healthcare seeks a Nurse Manager of Endoscopy to lead a high-performing procedural nursing team. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee daily operations of the endoscopy unit, including staffing, patient flow, and resource management. You will champion evidence-based practice, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance while collaborating closely with physicians and allied professionals. The Nurse Manager mentors and evaluates nurses, drives quality and safety initiatives, manages budgets and inventory, and supports staff education on evolving GI and endoscopic procedures to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
