Assistant Director of Nursing

MedStar Health seeks an RN Assistant Director of Nursing for our MedSurg 3W unit. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily clinical operations, support bedside nurses, and coordinate safe, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include staffing, mentoring, performance management, and ensuring regulatory and quality standards.
