This role provides strategic and operational oversight of staffing, budgets, quality, and patient safety while advancing evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance. The Director mentors nurse managers and RNs, drives performance improvement, and partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Ideal candidates are experienced RN leaders with strong clinical background, progressive leadership in med-surg or neuro, and a passion for excellence, collaboration, and professional development.
