Description:
Responsible for answering multi-line telephone, triage and transfer phone calls; greeting the public and helping customers with directions internally.  Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Days and Shifts:
Monday – Friday
7:00am – 3:30pm
On-Call Rotation – One or 2 holidays per year (during the week) rotating schedule

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Mandatory Abuse Reporter certification required within 6 months of start date
• Computer knowledge preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
• Experience in healthcare setting helpful
