Alaska Regional Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Endoscopy, PACU, and Pre-Op units within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, staff scheduling, quality and safety initiatives, and patient flow to ensure excellent perioperative care. You will mentor and develop a high-performing RN team, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners, and drive process improvements.
