About the position

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Manager, Continuum of Care Operations to help healthcare members maximize the value of their GPO participation while driving contract growth, member engagement, and retention.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to members, distribution partners, and internal teams by identifying savings opportunities, analyzing complex data, strengthening vendor relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, affiliates, distribution partners, and GPO partners.
  • Identify opportunities to increase contract participation, member savings, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze purchasing, pricing, compliance, and utilization data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with Preparing and presenting financial and operational analyses to members.
  • Assist in new member onboarding and support ongoing engagement efforts.
  • Oversee CRM data accuracy, account rostering, and contract connections.
  • Identify and facilitate  member retention opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 5-7 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, sourcing, contracting, GPO operations, analytics, distribution, and/or account management or equivalent of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated success growing GPO participation and contract utilization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
