- Negotiable salary starts at $450K plus 35% collections ($700k+ proven income)
- $20 30k sign-on + relocation/loan assist/training stipend
- No hospital call (tech-first call; rarely escalates)
- Scribe-driven flow: our physicians don t touch the computer (3-6 scribes/techs per doctor)
- Partnership track ( 2 yrs) + ASC ownership opportunity
