Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate: $42.00 - $65.00/hour ($90,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience and education)

What You ll Do
- Lead and manage all aspects of the health information management department
- Oversee record processing, coding, filing, storage, and retrieval of patient information
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation, abstracting, and coding processes
- Maintain compliance with policies, legal regulations, and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with healthcare leadership and staff to optimize information systems and practices
- Manage system updates, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives
- Represent the department in organizational activities and initiatives
What You Need
Required: - Current licensure or certification in health information management or related field
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of health information systems, coding, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred: - Experience with trauma registry, transcription, or release of information
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies in Kansas
