Your Credentials:
Master s (or higher) in Advanced Practice Nursing
Oklahoma RN & APRN License + Specialty Certification
Prescriptive Authority Recognition
Strong communication skills and multitasking mastery
0 1 year experience (perfect for new grads ready to shine!)
What You ll Do:
Assess, treat, and evaluate patients with confidence
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare pros for seamless care
Document care, prep medical records, and manage care plans
Perform exams, order and interpret tests, and recommend treatments
Educate patients to promote wellness and self-care
Initiate treatments and drug therapy when appropriate
Help with supplies, quality initiatives, and safety programs
Your Day-to-Day:
You ll connect with patients, colleagues, and external partners. Sometimes over the phone, often face-to-face. You ll handle non-routine situations with poise, make decisions on the fly, and work closely with leaders and other healthcare pros.
