- ASC - Equity partnership with % of ownership in the ASC
- Up to $800,000 - $1 million as a partner
- 3 days in clinic - 2 days performing procedures at the ASC
- Base compensation + RVU to start - $550,000 - $600,000
- Sign-on bonus/relocation

Candidate Parameters:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management
- Ability to get and maintain a Georgia Medical License
