The Opportunity

  • $300,000-$350,000 guaranteed base salary
  • Modern 16-bed Critical Access Hospital (built in 2020)
  • Average of 20 patients per day in the outpatient clinic
  • Light inpatient responsibility with NP support
  • 1:4 call rotation with a post-call day off
  • Only 6 call days per month total
  • Family Medicine residents available to support clinical volume
  • Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
