- Modern 16-bed Critical Access Hospital (built in 2020)
- Average of 20 patients per day in the outpatient clinic
- Light inpatient responsibility with NP support
- 1:4 call rotation with a post-call day off
- Only 6 call days per month total
- Family Medicine residents available to support clinical volume
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
