Job Description
Excellent opportunity for amid-career, Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. TheRegional Medical Director will lead multiple outpatient Primary Care sites inand around Boston, MA. This is a hybrid corporate/clinical role, withapproximately three days per week focused on administrative and strategicinitiatives and one - two days per week providing patient care at one of thelocal sites.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $270,000 - $320,000+depending on incentives

Required qualifications(non-negotiable):
- Primary care experience
- Background in value-basedcare
- Clinical leadershipexperience
- Board Certified in InternalMedicine or Family Medicine
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a startup orearly-stage healthcare environment
- At home experience is a plus
- Geriatrics experience
- Spanish language proficiency
