General Description: Under direction from the Clinical Coordinator, will actively coordinate scheduling and staffing proactively for designated areas within OUMC and the Children’s Hospital and will work collaboratively with Edmond Medical Center to provide staffing resources. Collaborates with department leadership and staff to understand patterns and needs of each department. Responsible for meeting budget, compliance, and patient safety guidelines.

General Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in operations, business, or leadership related preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred. Strong preference for scheduling, timekeeping or payroll experience within a fast paced environment. Experience with computer based office software and web based applications, e.g. Microsoft office, Excel, Peoplesoft preferred.
