Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Clerk to help support our revenue cycle operations by pursuing the collection of unpaid insurance claims. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your skill set while working alongside a supportive team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow up on and resolve unpaid insurance claims
  • Communicate professionally with insurance companies and patients
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Utilize computer systems efficiently to track and manage claims
  • Assist with additional office duties as needed
