The Director of Nursing for the Stephenson Cancer Center flagship site in Oklahoma City provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing and clinical services. This role is responsible for advancing excellence in oncology nursing practice, patient experience, and clinical outcomes within Oklahoma’s only NCI-Designated Cancer Center. This leader will champion a multidisciplinary, research-driven, and patient-centered model of care, ensuring seamless collaboration across specialties and the integration of cutting-edge clinical research into routine care delivery.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Nursing & Operations, the Director will oversee day-to-day clinical operations while partnering with physician leadership, research teams, and system executives to support the growth of multiple destination oncology programs. This leader plays a critical role in ensuring alignment with NCI standards, TJC and CMS regulatory requirements, and the Cancer Center’s mission of delivering world-class, cancer care.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Master's in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or relevant field of study required.
Experience: 5 - 7 years of progressive leadership experience.
