Interventional Radiology Technologist – Travel Job

Job Description

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology Technologist and perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate and ensure quality assurance of imaging equipment, monitor patients during procedures, and support the Interventional Radiology team in a hospital setting in Charleston, SC.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of Interventional Radiology technologist experience with references.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification.
  • State radiologic technologist license for South Carolina.
  • Experience with moderate sedation procedures in imaging departments (CT, MRI, US, Radiology, Interventional Radiology).
  • Ability to rotate to all departments within Medical Imaging as required by facility floating policy.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Neuro Interventional Radiology experience preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 07:00–15:00.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday day shifts with rotational weekday and weekend call.
  • Rotational shift start times may include 7:00am–3:30pm, 8:00am–4:30pm, or 9:00am until cases are completed on call days.
  • Documentation system: Meditech.
  • Required uniform: blue scrubs.
  • May float to other imaging departments within the hospital.
