Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Job Description

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images that assist physicians in patient care.


Minimum Requirements:

  • National certification in ultrasound (ARDMS) or Ultrasound ARRT preferred; ARDMS required by client.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ultrasound technologist/sonographer experience; client requires 2+ years.
  • New Mexico state license required.
  • BLS Certification.
  • Experience working in a hospital radiology department preferred.
  • Willingness to accept call responsibilities as required by the client (approximately 5–7 call days per month preferred by client).


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Hospital.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0700-1900.
  • Rotation: 7 on / 7 off rotation, Thursday–Wednesday schedule.
  • Call: Call required; candidate should be prepared for monthly call duty.
