Interventional Radiology Technologist – Travel Job

Job Description

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Technologist and perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate and ensure quality assurance of imaging equipment, monitor patients during procedures, and support the interventional team in a hospital setting.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience with references.
  • Interventional Radiology experience required. Neuro Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (AMA/NLN accredited or equivalent).
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • State radiologic technologist license for South Carolina.
  • Experience with moderate sedation monitoring in imaging environments (CT, MRI, US, Radiology, Interventional Radiology) preferred.
  • Documentation system experience: Meditech preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: 07:00–15:00.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday dayshift with rotational weekday and weekend call.
  • Floating: Will rotate to other departments within Medical Imaging.
  • Required uniform: Blue scrubs.
