The National Director - Health Pools Business Intelligence and Analytics is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the strategic, operational, and analytical initiatives within Gallagher’s Health Pool Practice. This position is designed to enhance the value of Gallagher’s health pool solutions by leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing operational workflows, and delivering innovative strategies that differentiate Gallagher in the marketplace. The role encompasses four key areas: Pool Finance, Pool Business Intelligence, Pool Operations, and Pool Strategy. The National Director will lead efforts to benchmark pricing competitiveness, consult on quoting and renewals, implement scalable analytics solutions, and design operational frameworks that ensure efficiency and consistency across practice. Additionally, the position will focus on driving growth by presenting Gallagher’s unique value proposition to high-value clients and prospects, while supporting the development of new pools and onboarding new clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical expertise, operational leadership skills, and a client-centric approach. The National Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE), to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with Gallagher’s broader organizational goals.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Office Products. Intermediate knowledge of database systems and their functionalities. Excellent communication skills written and oral.
