PRN Psychiatrist – CaroMont Health

CaroMont Health is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our established and collaborative Psychiatric team. This PRN role offers flexible weekday scheduling with defined weekend and night call coverage. ** Position Highlights **

• Inpatient responsibilities caring for children, adolescents, and adults
• Weekend coverage 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• On-call consists of Fridays & Sundays 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM. 
• Join a respected psychiatric practice with strong clinical and administrative support

** Key Responsibilities **

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage psychiatric conditions for patients of all ages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide care for dual diagnosis and substance use patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

** Requirements **

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active NC license & DEA
