The RN Supervisor for the Collier Inpatient Hospice Unit provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for a 24‑bed inpatient hospice program, ensuring safe, compassionate, and high‑quality end‑of‑life care for patients and families. This role supports the core pillars of safety, quality, patient experience, and stewardship through strong clinical expertise, visible leadership, and collaboration with interdisciplinary hospice teams.At Intermountain Health Hospice, you’ll lead where purpose meets excellence. In this RN Clinical Supervisor role, you’ll have a visible leadership presence—coaching caregivers, shaping staffing and operations, strengthening quality and safety practices, and partnering across teams to continuously improve the patient and caregiver experience. You’ll also help drive engagement and development through thoughtful check-ins, orientation support, and ongoing training.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job’s description’s last update in June 2025. Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire.
