Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare.

Required Credentials: - IEMA

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Ped’s experience preferred but not required. - McKesson cardiology PACS experience preferred but not required.

Special Requests: - Job duties: Scrub, monitor hemodynamics, and circulating. - Cath lab is separate from IR and EP.

Shift & Scheduling: - 4 x 10 hour shifts with call on weekend and nights. - Call requirements are weekly and on a rotational basis. Usually 8-9 shifts per month. - Holidays are on a rotational basis. - Call response time: 30 minutes from time of page. - There is a mandatory call list utilized when staff cannot fulfill their call shift.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission
