Know How
Job Knowledge:
Specify required education, licensure/certification, prior experience, skill, behavior, equipment operation, type and duration of on-the-job training, patient population to be served, etc.

At a minimum, must have a Bachelor’s Degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology
-
Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree is preferred.

Three to five years of management experience is preferred
