Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:
No travel pairs or trios.
Required skills/experience: - Must have a minimum of 24 months Multi-modality (Radiology with CT) experience (with recent experience in last 12 months)
Required credentials: - Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - No hits on state license to practice - Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - Multi-modality (Radiology with CT) skills checklist must be completed in last 12 months
Floating requirements: Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any. On call and Weekend Requirements: To be determined by the facility. Rotating night schedule during week and weekends.
7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
2 references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
