Description:
Under limited supervision, plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in one unit on a particular shift, including functioning in Charge Nurse role. Responsible for orientation, training, and management of personnel. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains satisfactory relations with other departments; participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills.
Days and Shifts:
| Works 36 hours per week and paid for 40, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00pm-6:30am. Works every 6th weekend |

Requirements
Current Iowa licensure as a Registered Nurse
BLS, NRP, TNCC & ACLS certification (May obtain within 1 year of hire date)
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
