Job Summary
The Physical Therapist provides a wide range of evaluations, treatments, and therapeutic procedures to support the care and rehabilitation of patients. This role delivers high‑quality, compassionate, and safe patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
Current North Carolina Physical Therapy license (required)
No prior work experience required
Strong knowledge of physical therapy terminology, procedures, and treatment techniques
Demonstrated skill in performing physical therapy assessments and interventions
NICU assessment and treatment experience preferred, but not required.
Effective communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members, consistent with CaroMont’s cultural values.
Sound judgment in patient care and treatment planning

Passion for continuous learning and providing an excellent patient experience
Current BLS certification (required)
