Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North.

Additional Details:

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Required credentials: Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. Driver’s License/State ID.

Shift & schedule requirements: Shifts with varying start and end times - 4 days a week; Call: based on department needs - currently at 1-2 week day nights (1700-0600) and every 4th weekend (Fri 1700-Mon 0600). Holidays covered by call as needed. All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

Floating requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

5 days maximum time off
