| Job Summary | This position will serve as the Lead Dietitian Supervisor of the Chandler Dietitians. The job duties include, but are not limited to: daily supervision of staff; addresses any/all HR issues involving staff; establish and review staff training/education; performs as a member of the interdisciplinary team; responsible for the evaluation, coordination, and implementation of the nutrition care plan for patients; serves as a nutrition educator for students, medical staff, health professionals, and/or general public; provides education and counseling to patients on their nutritional needs; ensures customer satisfaction and good public relations through the safe and efficient use of resources; and performs duties in compliance with performance improvement plans, TJC, and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. This position is located in Chandler Hospital. Experience in inpatient adult nutrition and Board Certification in an area of nutrition practice preferred. |
