Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HWL Program - SwedishAmerican Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience:

• EP experience
• Radiological technologist for Cath lab that has the ability to perform the scrub and monitoring role
• Must be able to scrub and monitor devices and ablations interventional radiology experience
• Please include an IR skills check list Radiological technologist for Cath lab that has the ability to perform the scrub and monitoring role.

Preferred Skills / Experience: Ability to perform roles for both Interventional Radiology cases and cardiology cases

Shift & Scheduling:

• Our Cath Lab is 40% Radiology cases which includes on-call coverage for this modality
• 1-2 call nights per week
• Call every 3-4th weekend

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
