Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have C-arm experience, prefer O-Arm but can train. Must be experienced with portables and fluoroscopy.
Required Credentials:
- Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
- References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Shift & Scheduling: Varied Day shifts (Monday - Friday) - day/mid day shifts - Days: 0600, 0700, 0730 & 1130 plus call 1 day a week. Varies shifts on weekends as we only have 3 shifts. Saturday/Sunday: 7-1530 (8hr) & 0700-1930pm (12hr) plus call every 3rd weekend. 20-30 min call response time. Holiday Required if needed.
Floating Requirements: Will cover inpatient, outpatient, OR, ER.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
