Job Summary: Performs routine duties to assist professional nursing staff in resident care and treatments in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Works under general supervision of a licensed nurse.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire date. Successful completion of Nursing Assistant I classes required and meets North Carolina Nurse Aide I registry requirements for listing through the Healthcare Personnel Registry. Must possess a caring attitude towards the geriatric population and good time management skills. BLS through the American Heart Association.
