The Position: Rehab Services Director
Employment Status: Full-Time
Hours per two-week pay-period: 40 hours per week
Essential Job Functions:
- Align rehabilitation services with organizational mission, vision and strategic goals
- Oversee daily operations of inpatient, outpatient, extended care and specialty rehab services
- Monitor revenue, expenses, productivity and contribution margin
- Ensure evidence-based clinical practice and consistent care standards across service lines
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited professional program
Certifications and Licenses:
- Current, unrestricted license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Position Summary:
Sidney Health Center is seeking a Rehab Services Director to join our I CARE team in the Rehab Department setting. Essential duties of the position include providing leadership and direction for all rehabilitation services; developing, implementing and managing departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and accreditation standards.
