Qualifications: Commitment to providing highly reliable, high quality, safe and compassionate care with a passion for continuous growth and providing an excellent patient experience. Bachelors, Master’s or Doctoral degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Physical Therapy. A North Carolina state license is required. 1 year of experience is required in an outpatient setting. One year of traveler experience preferred. Cannot be a Full-Time or Part-Time CaroMont Employee. Considerable knowledge of physical therapy terminology, procedures, and techniques. Thorough skill in performing physical therapy procedures. Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to embody CaroMont’s cultural values. Considerable judgment is required in working with patients and performing treatments. Required BLS Certification.
