LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Vaccinator to support community immunization efforts across its Baltimore-area facilities. In this role, you will safely administer vaccines to patients of all ages, following CDC and state guidelines, while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and proper cold-chain storage. The Vaccinator conducts screenings for contraindications, monitors patients for adverse reactions, and provides clear education on vaccine benefits and potential side effects. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered, and mission-driven environment, you will participate in outreach and clinic-based programs that advance population health and help protect vulnerable communities.

Summary: The successful candidate for this position will work with occupational health leadership in carrying out the goals of improving the immunization coverage for LifeBridge Health employees. The candidate will report to the director of occupational health and participates in flu clinics/fit testing and other hospital wide needs.
