Job Summary : Trauma Program Registrars of the CaroMont Health Trauma Registry are healthcare data professionals that utilize a computerized population-based trauma registry.  They are responsible for identifying trauma patients admitted to CaroMont Regional Medical Center-Main, abstracting charts, organizing, and entering data into the trauma registry database. They assist the trauma program leadership in the expansion of existing services, new program development through accurate and timely data entry.

Overview Abstracts eligible cases accurately and timely.  Complies with ASCR, CoC and NCDB data requests.  Monitors cancer registry data quality.  Assists and supports the Cancer Committee Coordinator and department staff members.
