Department: Laboratory Days and Shifts: Mainly Monday – Thursday from 6:30 PM – 5 AM Description: Performs clinical laboratory procedures, quality assurance, and instrument maintenance Maintains cooperative working relationships with intradepartmental and interdepartmental personnel Performs variety of general laboratory tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease Performs routine and special laboratory tests in accordance with requisition of physician, may perform clinical tests in any one or combination of areas of specialization Requirements

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning of instruments, equipment, and  other small medical items used throughout the facility, preparing packs, sterilization of instruments and supplies, documentation and storage of records, and performing routine monthly and quarterly cleaning, folding and storing linen.

Schedule: 0730-1700 M-F, 34 hours/week (4 days @ 8.5 hours) Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend, Hours 0800-1200 Saturday and Sunday   JOB SUMMARY: The Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is responsible for providing pharmacy services including, but not limited to, distributing pharmaceuticals, performing inventory control, completing compliance audits and financial transactions, providing customer service, and maintaining pharmacy records. The CPhT works as part of an interdisciplinary patient care team under the direction of licensed Pharmacists.   The CPhT is required to utilize and enhance their knowledge and competency while performing technical functions within the pharmacy.
