Job Summary :     The Supervisor of Pharmacy Operations position helps to participate in, direct, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department related to medication preparation and distribution and other pharmacy supported services. The Supervisor of Pharmacy Operations assigns duties and tasks to employees; monitors workload and makes appropriate adjustment to achieve patient care goals; creates and monitors work schedule to ensure adequate staffing. Additionally, the Supervisor of Pharmacy Operations facilitates pharmacy technician meetings and other department-initiated communication such as shift huddles and safety huddles. Ensure staff accountability with policies and procedures; monitors and identifies opportunities for department and personnel performance improvement; conducts 1 on 1 meetings with team, documenting progress, motivating, and corrective action, if needed.

The Assistant Director of Engineering supports the Director of Engineering in leading the daily operation, maintenance, reliability, safety, and regulatory readiness of the organization’s facilities, utilities, equipment, and building systems (i.e., HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc). This role assists with planning, staffing, budgeting, preventive maintenance, project coordination, vendor management, and compliance activities to ensure the physical environment supports safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations (utility and life safety management).  Reports to the Director of Engineering.
