JOB REQUIREMENTS Education One year of phlebotomy preferred. More technical aspects require sufficient combination of education and experience to perform some job duties. Experience On-the-job training under direct supervision of qualified technicians, technologists, or peer trainers with certification by successful completion of training checklist.
