Maintains provider scheduling, assist patients at check-in, accurate data entry of all demographics, obtains copies of insurance cards, collects co-pays, private balances, obtains authorizations numbers from insurance companies, assists patients with account inquiries, transaction entry with on-going supervision. Provides leadership in absence of Practice Manager/ Practice Administrator./Sr. Practice Administrator.
