UCHealth is seeking an RN Psychiatry for night shifts to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult behavioral health patients. In this role, you'll perform comprehensive psychiatric and physical assessments, administer medications, conduct suicide risk and safety evaluations, and respond to crises using trauma-informed, de-escalation techniques. You'll collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to develop care plans, support discharge and recovery goals, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR. Description Location: UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital: Fort Collins, CO Department: PVH MC IP Psych Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $37.06 - $57.44 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary: Provides direct patient care in a behavioral health setting at a proficient level, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
