Position Summary: The Cancer Services Patient Navigator is responsible for coordinating patient clinical, financial, and transportation services. (This includes aspects of treatment, evaluation, support services and education to patients.) Works with at-risk hospital patients and assists them in assessing the hospital’s cancer care delivery system and resources.
