About this Job: General Summary of Position The Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehabilitation nurse is responsible for evaluating and treating clients within their scope of practice including intake exercise education and counseling according to departmental policies and procedures with pulmonary/cardiac rehabilitation. The nurse must assess the effectiveness and responses to interventions and document according to established standards. The nurse must be able to quickly and effectively respond to medical emergencies in a clinic setting and may be required to assist with scheduling clinic clerical tasks and quality improvement monitoring.
