In this role, you will provide continuous observation and safety monitoring for high risk patients across multiple acute care units using centralized video and bedside support. You will collaborate closely with bedside nurses, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to prevent falls, elopement, and self harm, promptly escalating clinical or behavioral concerns.
