Job Description Provides patient care under the direction of a physician and registered nurse. Assures safe care at all times and upholds the commitment to care for each patient as a sacred trust. Obtains/records vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight). Updates vital signs per established routines.
