LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Rehab TBI unit in Baltimore, MD. The RN provides evidence-based care to adults with traumatic brain injury, including assessments, medication administration, rehab-focused care planning, and discharge teaching. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team-therapy, physiatry, social work-to support recovery and maximize function. Responsibilities include monitoring neuro status, coordinating therapies, documenting in the EMR, and engaging families in education. Unit Summary: 20 bed unit serves patients needing rehabilitation, post stroke, traumatic brain injury or other neurological conditions. This position offers a potential of up to $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing Less than 1 year of experience Licensed as a Registered Nurse, Registered to practice in Maryland American Heart Association BLS Certification Pay Range: $37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first of the month after hire, plus wellness programs and mental health support 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, pension, and life and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement toward advanced degrees and specialty certifications Generous paid time off, fitness discounts, and free on-site...
