Job Summary : A leader who partners with the practice providers, leadership team, and various departments to create practice operations that drive growth, progress, and achieve goals. Responsible for the following: financial performance, revenue cycle management, employee recruitment and retention, patient experience, employee and provider engagement, service recovery, quality of care, care coordination, EMR and Practice Management fluency, and working in a safe and Highly Reliable Organization (HRO) with a focus on patient, employee, and provider safety. The leader will work on system initiatives and help the organization achieve strategic goals.
