Description :Job Summary This Physical Therapist (PT) will provide care to young adult thru geriatric populations in a variety of settings to include IP Rehab, SNF, Acute C are (specific to elective total joints) and OP Same Day Surgery. Following physician orders, responsible to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans directed at a minimum to prevention, management of conditions and/or rehabilitation. Treatments focus on returning patients to as normal a pattern of movement and functioning as possible through the use of therapeutic exercise, activity, modalities, and education that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve/prevent/restore impairments and limitations resulting from disease or injury.
