POSITION SUMMARY: Assists the Physical Therapists in various types of treatment including ambulation, exercise programs, patient education, patient transfers, etc.  The Physical Therapy Department generally serves patients in teen, adult, and geriatric age groups.  The Physical Therapy Assistant must be able to provide physical therapy services appropriate to the age of the patients.
