Minimum Specifications
Education
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited school of pharmacy E
Experience
-Successful completion of an ASHP-accredited post-graduate year one (PGY1) residency training program and post-graduate year two (PGY2) residency training program or fellowship Meets Parkland standards of an ASHP
-Qualified Residency Preceptor within one year of employment.
-Prior experience working in assigned practice area preferred.
Equivalent Education and/or Experience
-May substitute 5 years of relevant clinical pharmacist experience and current board certification if only one year of or no prior residency training.
Certification/Registration/Licensure
