Occupational Therapist - Rehab
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will help individuals regain independence by developing and implementing customized programs to improve daily living and vocational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Use therapeutic techniques to improve patients' abilities to perform daily tasks.
Adapt environments and modify tasks to remove barriers for patients.
Teach patients and caregivers strategies for improving functionality and independence.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Work Environment:
Work in rehabilitation centers, hospitals, or outpatient clinics.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on patient recovery.
